Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your orbiTome account and associated data at any time.
Delete from the app
- 1Open orbiTome and go to Profile.
- 2Tap Settings.
- 3Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent: the account cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your public profile and account
- The live events you created
- User block relationships
- Cloud sync data (which also expires automatically)
- Data stored on your device is removed by uninstalling the app
- Exception: reports about you are not deleted along with your account. They are kept for 12 months after the case is closed — 24 months if they concern child safety — for security and legal obligations, then deleted automatically.
Can't access the app?
Email us with the phone number you used to sign up: we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
